      OMS FEE SCHEDULE:
OMS provides new clients an initial consultation by telephone or e-mail at no charge. Our fees are governed by the complexity of our client's needs and requirements. In some cases, the client prefers OMS to simply provide information and data in which the client can then complete their own confidential analysis. By initiating services or accepting any of the following OMS services offered below is an acceptance to compensate OMS as per the terms of a written and signed contract or if no contract exists then at the rates posted below, next to the service.

Most Consulting services are billed at $150.00/ hour (with a 3 hour minimum) or $1,200/day plus expenses. Design, Engineering and Development services are $175/hour or per quote. Executive Search service fees are 30% of 1st years salary or per written contract.

      OMS CONTRACT MFG. SERVICES
Offshore price quotations take longer and cost more then domestic price quotations. OMS earns money on the back end of contracts. We don't mind spending our time, effort and money on those companies that are serious about outsourcing. We do ask that if we meet your requirements for price, quality and delivery that you will place orders within 30 days (or an agreeable time-frame). If you choose not to place orders and were provided valuable business information and data that can be used by your company, then this becomes a Business Consulting Service and we would charge your company a reasonable fee for that service. The fees cover our time and expense and can include hourly billing time, travel and expenses, factory billing rate, material cost, duties and shipping charges, etc. Special requests and fast track services are billed at a higher rate.
      SAMPLES
We typically do not provide free samples. If necessary, we sometimes can order samples for a nominal charge.
Standard procedure for engaging into a manufacturing contract is for the client to issue a P.O., whereby a “first article” part will be produced and shipped to the client for examination. Once the “first article” has been approved and “signed off” by the client, the negotiated payment terms should then transpire in order for production to commence. This is typically 50% down and 50% balance due when the order is completed and ready to ship.

      TERMS and CONDITIONS
Clients can request OMS provide a contract, proposal or an estimated time for completing the client's requested service. In cases where our service and time exceed the estimated quote, due to circumstances beyond our control, OMS reserves the right to bill and collect for the additional time.
50% deposit required at time service is requested and prior to us scheduling the service, preferably payment includes a purchase order. Balance due per written contract, proposal or at completion of work requested.
Cancellations must be made in writing and received within 72 business hours of commencement of service to be eligible for a refund of deposit. Cancellations received less than 72 hours notice forfeit their deposit.
Payments may be made by Business Check payable to Offshore Mfg.Solutions, Major Credit Card, Wire Transfer. Under most circumstances, we will not commence our services until such time as payment is received.
