MaqGuide.com was created in 1995 and began operations in January 1996. MaqGuide.com was the First Website on the Internet dedicated solely to servicing, supporting and promoting the benefits of Mexico's maquiladora manufacturing program.

To date, MaqGuide.com has received more than 2.5 million visitors and has helped thousands of global manufacturers and their suppliers accomplish their business goals by providing up-to-date industry information on Mexico's manufacturing rules and regulations, customs issues and Free Trade agreements, manufacturing plants and locations, as well as, industrial suppliers and local sourcing solutions.

For over a decade, MaqGuide.com has been providing Mexican contact manufacturing plants and industrial products and equipment suppliers a global platform for cost effective marketing of their products, services and capabilities. Other services provided include the development of custom reports such as logistical analysis, comparative market analysis, labor analysis, customs analysis, plant relocation and start up analysis and estimated operating cost analysis for clients.

In 1998 MaqGuide.com began offering independent contract manufacturing representative services representing nearly 70 companies in various industries throughout Mexico and Asia. MaqGuide.com Contract Manufacturing and Shelter Services is responsible for initiating over 40 shelter operations and numerous contract manufacturing programs creating 2,000+ jobs in Mexico, and increasing the value of Mexico exports by over $150 million dollars.

In 2003, we formed a company called Offshore Mfg. Solutions, LLC to specifically concentrate on providing offshore contract manufacturing services, complete plant start up services, relocation services and consulting services. We formed a strategic alliance with an international company called CPQP which allows us to manage global customers throughout their network of offices located in US, Mexico, China, Malaysia, India, and Europe. We have completed 50+ complete plant relocations and start up services in 8 different countries for a variety of clients and industries including Automotive, Medical, Electronics, Electro- Mechanical and Plastic Molding industries.
